ORDERING FROM REALWOODS

 

We have worked to ensure that ordering from us should be an easy and pleasent experience. Please carefully read this page to understand our policies.

 

Placing Your Order

You can place your order with us, directly through the realwoods.co.uk website, by selecting the product(s) you would like and then adding them to your basket. Once you are happy with your selection, select the web-link ‘cart’ (top right of web page) and follow the instructions. You will be required to enter your billing and delivery address before continuing to confirm your order by making payment.

If you select to pay be credit or debit card, then our website will temporarily forward you to the secure Paypal website. Paypal is a trusted third party who can securely process card transactions. If you already have a Paypal account with your information set up, then you can simply login and not have to enter your card details again. You do not need a Paypal account to complete the checkout process.

You can also make payment by direct bank transfer into our business account. Simply select the BACS option at checkout, and you will be presented with our company’s bank account details. As soon as your payment is received your order will begin processing immediately.

Delivery Information

We offer a FREE delivery service across mainland England & Wales. For deliveries to mainland Scotland there is a fixed delivery charge of £5o.

Once your order has been placed we will e-mail you to confirm that we have received it safely. Please make sure you can receive our e-mails by adding @realwoods.co.uk to your safe list. We may contact you if we require any further details to complete your order.

Most orders are fulfilled within four weeks of being placed. Once your order has finished processing and is ready to be delivered, our office will contact you. Delivery will be booked in at a time convenient with you. Most deliveres are completed using our own team of drivers in order to ensure safe receipt of your new furniture.

Our deliveries are to the door, but our drivers will always do whatever they can to accomodate your needs by helping you move your new furniture into your home at no extra cost.
