Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before ordering from us…

 

Who You Are Purchasing From

The owner of this website is Boldwood Interiors Ltd, whose correspondence address is Realwoods, Woodhouses Rd, Burntwood, WS79EJ. The company’s registration number is 6867599.

Your contract for purchases made through this site is with Boldwood Interiors Ltd trading as Realwoods. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Realwoods as soon as possible.

14 Day Return Policy

The following information applies to orders placed with us online or by telephone.

You may cancel your order at any time but no later than fourteen days (including non-working days) from the day you received the product(s) by sending your notice of cancellation by e-mail or post ensuring you quote your name, delivery address and your order reference number.

Where you have already received the goods, the item(s) must be wrapped securely and packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may not authorise the return.

Items that are excluded from our 14 days return policy include the following:
(a) goods made to the customer’s own unique specification (ie, bespoke and made to measure items)
(b) extra services we have already provided for you, including but not limited to, removal of your previous furniture and disposal thereof.
(c) mattresses (unless still sealed in the original packaging)

We will refund your money once we have received and processed the returned item(s) and in any event, within thirty days of notice of cancellation. You will be responsible for all the charges incurred in having the item(s) returned to Realwoods or if you fail to return goods as arranged you will be liable for any charges incurred in relation to attempts to collect the goods.

Damaged, Defective and Incorrectly Sent Items

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, Realwoods shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please contact Realwoods by e-mail or phone so that we can initiate returns procedure.

All returned items are examined in every single case. The products for sale on the Realwoods website are manufactured using natural wood (e.g., pine and oak). Any natural wood product will have its own imperfections, including but not limited to, knots, minor splits, variations in colour and variations in grain. Such imperfections are part of the character of real wood and in many cases, are not a sign of a defective product.

Liability

Realwoods does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time without notice. Realwoods will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

Realwoods reserves the right to cancel any purchase, for any reason, before the order is dispatched to you. Realwoods will return any money paid up front by you but Realwoods will not be liable to pay any extra compensation.

Order Processing

Realwoods can process your debit or credit card payment through this website using Paypal. You must provide a contact telephone number when you place your order. Realwoods will only use this number in relation to your order.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

IF YOU SEND A PAYPAL PAYMENT TO REALWOODS WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, OR YOU HAVE A NON-VERIFIED ADDRESS OR REQUEST DELIVERY TO A NON-VERIFIED ADDRESS THEN THE MINIMUM DISPATCH TIME FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE THIRTY DAYS.

Realwoods can also accept payments by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft or by bank transfer (BACS).

Delivery

Please see each product page for the approximate delivery time scale for that item.

We may deliver your order using our own transport and staff or we may recruit a third-party courier to carry out the delivery.

You must provide us with a valid delivery address and a contact telephone number at the time you place your order. Our office will arrange your delivery with you by telephone once your order is ready to be dispatched.

Please ensure that your new furniture can be moved into your home. It is important that you check the measurements of your chosen furniture from the information we provide on our website before you purchase. If a non-faulty item is returned to us because the delivery has been refused by the customer, the customer will be subject to the costs of the return.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
